Crescents and Stars of Packaging 2026 Applications Are Now Open
Applications for the Crescents and Stars of Packaging Awards, organised by the Turkish Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD), are now open for the 2026 edition. Recognised as one of the most prestigious organisations in the Turkish packaging industry, the competition will accept applications until Friday, 22 May 2026, at 5:00 PM (17:00).
Open to both domestic and international participants, the competition rewards original packaging designs, innovative packaging applications, and sustainable solutions that create value for the global packaging industry. Packaging manufacturers and suppliers, packaging designers, and brand owners who place products on the market are eligible to apply.

Packaging entries awarded in the Crescents and Stars of Packaging Awards are certified with Gold, Silver, Bronze and Competency Awards.
Among the entries that receive the Gold Award, up to three Gold Packaging Awards are additionally granted in cooperation with the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE).
Accredited by the World Packaging Organisation (WPO) and the Asian Packaging Federation (APF), the competition also enables all award-winning participants to qualify for the WorldStar and AsiaStar competitions.
Jury Evaluation Meeting
The Jury Evaluation Meeting will be held on
08–09 July 2026 at the ASD Packaging Building.
Announcement of Results
The results of the Crescents and Stars of Packaging 2026 Awards will be announced in writing via a press release on
Thursday, 16 July 2026, and will be published on
