The best packaging of Asia was elected

Within the scope of events convening Asia's packaging giants, the AsisStar Packaging Contest Award Ceremony was held, electing the best packaging in the continent. Turkey which participated in the AsiaStar Contest for the 2nd time this year as one of the 196 applicants, and earned 18 awards was the 4th country with the highest number of awards won. In the ‘Consumer Products' category which had the highest number of applications, Turkey was the 2nd country with the highest number of awards with 12.

Sadettin Korkut, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASD who emphasized the key role of the Turkish Packaging Industry in meeting Turkey's objectives for 2023 commented, "As the packaging sector, we act on the vision of being the packaging center of Eurasia. Therefore, we increase our share in global competition each year, by manufacturing products with added value. The fact that the 40th Regular General Assembly of the Asian Packaging Federation (APF) of whose executive board we, ASD are members was held in Turkey is an indication of our country's international power in packaging. I believe that this significant event that is attended by delegations of business persons comprising mostly buying and purchasing representatives of Asia's leading packaging materials and packaging equipment sectors is very important and beneficial for our country.”
